Rolls Pho Mi - Brisbane

Roll pho mi is currently a fix point under the food truck district of UQ’s mansfield place. I would never have eaten here, but I was looking for some light, so I ordered the chicken and avocado rice paper rolls. I chose the hoisin dipping sauce on the manufacturer’s recommendation./ I was really surprised when the rolls were full of taste. the chicken was still quite moist, the nudges added to the texture and the pops of mint really made every bite singing. when I recommended the hoisin dipping sauce, I expected the thick hoisin sauce that comes out of the glass, but was surprised with its lighter and more liquid resistance. Overall, it was a really fresh and balanced lunchtime and I would come back in definitiw. enjoy

We chose rolls pho mi’s big bites menu for the high time dinner of our daughter of 80 guests. that was in winter. they agreed to work from the kitchen of the church and did very well with the less than ideal facilities. Everyone thought eating was wonderful. we enjoyed the appetizers, and the piping hot, amazing tasty net was perfect time. the parts were plentiful. we also asked about cocose nuts (minus fruit kewers) and lychee limonades that went well. this meal is now part of the wonderful memory of the high time. many thanks, steph duy!

Overall we had a disappointing experience with eating on this lkw, as the rice paper rolls and the pho mostly rice noodles with little meat or something else had. would not recommend it.
