A co-worker got me hooked on this place for a while. Delicious sandwiches and quite nice workers. Definitely recommend

Pretty great sandwiches but the overall atmosphere was kinda cold. The employees were professional but not very friendly.

My hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches are ok. Customer service is seriously lacking. Noone spoke when walked in and we were their only customers. They just looked at us like we were crazy. After standing in line for a while we were finally acknowledged. My hubby mentioned that this was our first time at JM's. Still no response no smile. Won't return.

Ok,I've said before that I usually don't give 5 stars to fast food places,but this place blew me away. Not only was the place spotless,but the person taking and making my order was extremely helpful in answering any question I had and offering suggestions. The sub I purchased was hands down the best I've had and believe me,I will be going back. The one I went to was in Brighton,close to Old23;I hope they open one in Howell!
