Dunkin' - Brighton

This place sucks, they should just close down frankly ... They literally never have donuts, they carry 3 donuts and if you want another donuts good luck ... Day after day they do not have some of the most popular donuts ... How they stay in business is beyond me , you would think after hearing day after day people come for donuts they don't have that they would make them, but no .... They're fine just turning down business day and night bc they refuse to actually make more than 3 donuts ... Joke

Took 15 minutes with only 4 cars in line. Got a bagel sandwich and it was so disgusting I didn't eat it. The bagel was like a stale bagel that was microwaved.

Got my coffee with a side of grass, a hair and a bug. that was just the lid.. Not sure what else could be lurking inside. Disgusting, not coming back.

As someone who thoroughly loves Dunkin’s coffee I find it so convenient that I live not even 2 minutes down the road from one. However, lately I have been coming through drive through and waiting 10-15 minutes to receive my drinks/food. I understand companies are struggling to find employees to work, but it shouldn’t be taking this long.Today I went to Dunkin, my wait wasn’t too long; however, when I received my large ice caramel latte I was extremely disappointed. It was like a milky caramel drink missing the espresso. I tasted it and went inside to get it fixed. They were accommodating and were quick to fix the issue. When I was watching the employee make my drink, the espresso was poured from a large cup they were storing the liquid in. I don’t know if the machine wasn’t working properly, but when espresso sits it becomes almost stale. My drink was disgusting and I simply couldn’t drink it. I didn’t want to ask for a refund or have them make me another drink because it would’ve just tasted the same. The lobby was full and I decided to just leave.This place has seriously gone down hill over the past couple of months.

Horrible service I did not even get my food items in a bag They handed them to me one by one no napkins no nothing.
