The service was great and the ice cream was very much so delicious,always love Rita's.

One star because the young worker with the dirty pajamas seemed either high or too challenged to comprehend my simple order and had an attitude at that, she had me waiting at the counter because she forgot I ordered the shake. The icy is great but service was very horrible tonight.

The custard here is really good the consistency of it makes it more enjoyable than regular ice cream. The Italian ices always change out flavors so there's always something new to try. Highly recommend, it's always a good time and you can ask for samples so you don't order something you don't like
