Peppermill - Brecksville

The staff has always been friendly throughout the few different owners this place has had. I however do not enjoy the menu here. It's not gluten free friendly.

Food is great. Owner is so nice. Beside the music, I loved it. They should give the little kid a raise. So helpful. Definitely will be eating there again.

Comfortable atmosphere and wonderful Italian meals cooked with care! My fav is meatballs spaghetti did I mention the delicious lobster bisque? Nice selection of wine to complement your meal.

Don't go there if you have a coupon. They don't fully honor the coupon value and add their own stipulations even though you presented the coupon first. Apparently they need the money more than you do and it shows by their incompetent waitstaff. Very disappointed. Won't go back.

Mediocre ravioli. Ok lasagna. Gave a burger to my daughter that was hard on the outside and raw on the inside. Sent it back for a new one and the owner asked what was wrong with it because it was well done . Wrong. It was after it was taken back because he put it back on the grill. Decided to play it safe and get her pasta. They didn 't charge us for her meal. Waiter was very attentive and apologetic.
