The Columbine Cafe - BRECKENRIDGE

I really like this place. There is another breakfast place in town that claims to have the best breakfast. But in my book, Columbine Cafe deserves that banner. Biscuits and Gravey were rib-sticking fantastic and the CBH Benedict was wonderful. We ate there twice during our stay.

A gold nugget smack in the middle of Breck. Who's ever had seen salmon and eggs(with hash browns and toast) on a menu in Denver? Just wonderful, and the overall menu is so broad I had to ask if the owner was greek. OK, Columbine Cafe in Breckenridge. I'd suggest all the folks opening restaurants here in Denver go up there and see what a real restaurant is.

Great food . Huevos Rancheros superb. Corned Beef Hash to die for. My new favorite breakfast joint in Summit County

Waiter with a sense of humor and good breakfast. We had french toast and omlets and they were fantastic. Because of the good food you will want to get there early or you will have to wait in line...but it's worth the wait.

Best breakfast on the planet, in my opinion. This is a must do when going to Breckenridge. I don't care if the wait is over an hour at times, it is well worth it. Never disappoints! Went yesterday and we're heading back there again today!
