Mcdonald's - Braselton

Thank you for using compostable straws! This greatly helps reduce non-recyclable single-use plastics. I would love to see more of this progress. Great job, and thank you for being mindful of the environment!

Hands down THE most unprofessional McDonalds, correction Restaurant, I have ever chose to do business with. Service is slow, 8 workers in plan view cackling like teenage girls at a homecoming dance all while customers wait...multiple customers. When they take your order no please, thank you, frankly they are board with elbow resting on the counter divider while they take your order. Same when they give it you; ?157!? Then plop on the counter and they walk away. Burger was poorly made, complete with a sliver of lettuce when no lettuce was to be in it. Tea empty...being located in an airport in makes this restaurant immune to the results of poor service but come on management, do better!

The staff was very rude and unprofessional; it was clear that they did not want to be there.

"Why is it that you can't mix regular and diet Coke half and half? Other places do this without any issue."

Kind of a confusing dual.order drive through. Typically McDonald's food, good, filling, and served quick.
