I have to say it has seem to slip on the service side and atmosphere. We go usually 2-3 times a month and the last couple times don’t feel like they us too. Just not as friendly with the kids seemed very short on all levels. We had a birthday and the name was very easy and they kept calling the birthday girl the wrong name.
