Contribuiți la feedbackToday I visited this tim and the girl working here was extremely rude. We ordered three drinks and were waiting for our order. She came with a drink and I mistakenly took my hand to get it but unfortunately it was other person’s drink and she rudely said to me,’ this is not your drink’. She should have said it in a polite way. Moreover, she was an Indian girl, she was greeting people of other nations in a very polite way, however, I was an Indian, she couldn’t even try to say greetings while giving drinks. I urge tim hiring team to give proper customer service etiquettes to their employees with no discrimination. This was my worst experience at tim and I literally felt humiliated.
Service is slow as molasses but that seems to be the problem at most Tim's ... it's not a drive thru but a slow crawl through.RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: I would suggest that if you are so concerned you get into your car when you see a line up and experience your own service or go to any Tim's and see how long you wait to get your order from the time you get in line. I wasted enough time at your crawl through, not about to waste more time filling out forms or being on hold on a call.
It’s was worse experience that i have it was second time I visited there’s but no one was that rude before. One lady I think it was Indian who spoke very rude while having order when we getting our order she was throwing straws and cups of coffee .The timing was around 10:45 pm 4 sep (Monday). I know at the closing time no one wants to get order we also went there after having long shift to have coffee not to spoil our mood so I suggest that don’t give jobs to such mad people even if they are from my own country.
The worst customer service I have experienced in life, it was 20 minutes ago at the drive thru Tim Hortons located besides BCC Brampton. The Rudest Lady employee doesn't even know the basics of customer service. It just takes a smile worth anything with two good words to merchandise your brand. Tim Hortons, it's Shame having such employees in this reputed organization. I hope it makes some difference in providing at least good service though not the best.
Bad experience in the morning, the lady taking to order showed me face when I asked what are the classic donuts available. She criticised my knowledge as I was not aware if all the donuts. Don’t hire people when they don’t know customer service.
