Simply Indian Sweets - Brampton

Bought food from them first time and found 2 hair in then. I Allred post pictures..it's on the samosa.zoom in there are 2 hair.fryed with samosa. One is black and one white that cooked with spice....

I ordered veg thali and with veg manchurian in it. There is non veg piece in veg manchurian and I call back to complain they start to argue and saying come back with plate. Worst place to go , never think again to go this

Narinder was very sweet and took care of my order. I ordered paneer paratha and it was really goood.

Not satisfied at all. Customer service is not good at all. The staff at front didn’t greet and they didn’t asked us what we needed. They were not even interested in helping us out. We bought the cake and they just put the Happy Anniversary sign on it and didn’t even asked us that if want to have any name on it. Also, they didn’t even provide the knife with the cake.

Today I was there with my family, to be honest the food was tasty, though the quantity was less also there was too much waiting time, at the time of billing, girl wanted us to give google review , but she kept on asking to do that right-way while we were sitting there, it was not pleasant because she was forcing everybody.Even my sister did the review at same time , but she kept on asking. Attn! owner, I want to suggest that please change this policy of getting reviews.If customer is happy with your service they will for sure review you without asking.Thanks
