Had the 15-20 person catering pavkage last night. Lots of food! Freshly made. On time. Delicious! Everyone loved it and plan to return.

Went there for lunch and had a variety of BBQ. We all agree, there were 4 adults and 4 kids eating, it was delicious! The spare ribs with the rub were amazing, also the brisket melts in your mouth! Will definitely go again!

Placed an order on Dec 13 for boxing day. Hosting dinner for 27 people. On Dec 26th at 9:30 am received phone call that there is no electrical power in their unit that will not be able to fill our order. Luckily Fortinos was open as we scrambled to figure out what we would cook. Needless to say my credit card was debited on Dec 13th, 2016. I called on Jan 3rd, 2017 spoke to Jay for my refund and very politely he said don't worry I will credit your credit card back. Funds will be there within 1 week. As well for your inconvenience we will give you $25 credit for your next purchase. Jan 12/17 called restaurant again no credit to my card. I spoke to Steve this time. Again provided credit card number. He said will be done today. It's 2 days later and nothing. I usually order from them for my work functions. We have a staff of over 1000 people. Will never use them or refer them. They have no class and business sense. Order from Nova Esperanca instead for your functions
