Good size location. it can be busy too time, so try to plan when they go with a bigger group.

UNDERSTAFFED!! Waited 25 minutes for 1 coffee. Horrible service and not worth my time

The Blonde Roast is supposed to be brewed until 4pm as per Corporate but never seems to be available. Light ice is also argued on a $7-8 drink.

Best Starbucks in Bradford! Staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient! Favourite spot to get a good coffee!

I go to this Starbucks quite regularly and rarely have a problem, UNLESS it involves their mobile app or delivery. The latest: It’s Saturday morning and I’m running late for a thing. The drive thru is packed, so we pull into the parking lot and use the mobile app instead to save some time. The order says it’ll be ready at 11:16. I go into the store at 11:10. It’s busy inside so I patiently wait. 10 mins later, I’m still waiting. So I go up to the barista manning the espresso machine and ask about my order. She says, “Oh, that order is here, but I haven’t started on it because you didn’t tell me you were here.” I ask her what she means by this and she says, “I don’t make the order until I know the customer is here so the order isn’t waiting on the counter.” Growing increasing exasperated, I say, “So let me get this straight: I order on the mobile app. It gives me a time to pick up my order (11:16), I come in here and have to come up to the counter and tell you my order (essentially, ordering again) and then wait another 10 mins while you make it?”Her response “Well, I asked if anyone had a mobile order!” I guess I hadn’t heard when she called out with her soft mousey voice.Either she’s new and doesn’t know what she’s doing or the system is broken. Either way, I won’t be using their mobile app again.
