Linger Lodge - Bradenton

What a wonderful place for lunch. This was recommended by several friends so we thought we should try. It is important to have a reservation. Beth was our waitress and was funny, efficient and attentive. Plan to spend a while, the service is somewhat slow, but our table on the screened veranda overlooking the Braden River. Make sure a **** Mary of the day (it is enough for two) and that will fly the time. Remember, it's in the name of Linger. We had another meal each time. Small salad with coconut Shrimp, Linger Lodge Étouffée, Louisiana Catfish and Coconut Shrimp Basket. In the end there was nothing more and no complaints. The place was clean, comfortable with a south rustic lodge atmosphere. Enjoy!

My brother recommended this place. Great recommendation! Had the appetizer plate. Baked green tomatoes, frog legs and peat bites... drilled. The best of all times..really ..best ever. The rumor was also very good. Old Florida. Cool ambience. Stuffed animals everywhere. Looking at cool water... almost swamps. Kinda out of the way, but worth the visit. Close and quiet on Thursday afternoon.

That's Ana Banane who's like it. Great day with the family at Linger Lodge. We took our Rusty dog and sat outside. You're great. The food was amazing especially the roasted Calamari. Nestled by the river Braden and its beautiful views you can enjoy your meal. On a scale of 1 to 10 bananas 10 that are high, I would rate this a 5. Great price and good food you can't go wrong. Enjoy

This is a very different place to dinate. It is located on the river Braden and you can arrive by boat. You have some stuffed animals and snakes. It is a little museum for Florida in the wilderness. Not a place, but the food is good. Bon appetit!

We went here for lunch with a large group of people. We did call ahead so they knew we were coming. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The food was served with reasonable speed and it was warm/hot. I had a Reuben. It was the best I've had in Florida. The prices on the menu were very reasonable. You should try the Linger Lodge. The motif of Linger Lodge is rustic. There are mounted animals and snakes on display.
