Juices were out of stock. Jumbo cups were out of stock. Had a large smoothie which wasn't worth the 8 dollars 50 cents that I paid for it. The staff member treated me very curtly and literally snapped at me. Ruined an otherwise decent preflight experience at this airport. Will never visit again. Will not recommend.

Excellent costumer service. And a absolute perfect banana smoothie. Being visiting brisbane airport frequently I always make sure I stop by NRG. Big thank you to Grace who served me.

Very friendly and efficient staff. One downside was the coffee was too hot and bitter. Would recommend some training with staff as to how brew a good coffee.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a mango smoothie but they made me a mixed berry one instead.So i told them that this might not be right and that i ordered mango but the lady at the register said no you ordered a mixed berry with an annoyed look. Umm I 'm pretty sure I would know what I ordered lady.She just didn 't want to admit that she made a mistake putting in my order, though I wouldn 't trust them to re-do it anyway. Ended up just taking the mixed berry whilst shaking my head in disbelief. Tasted ok but very overpriced for what it is and not what I ordered.

Abit on the pricy side but if I didn’t receiveExcellent customer service by Kay and tasty juice by jenma it wouldn’t of convinced me too go back a second time. You pay cheap you get cheap customer service because they honestly don’t care, but these girls were excellent and there customer service outweighs the high pricing : Will definitely we going back on my way home. Lovely work girls
