Starbucks - Bowmanville

Really enjoy this Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly. However, I need to comment on this that I have dined in twice over the last week and both times were around 8am. Almost every table was filled with crumbs. Proving they clearly are not disinfecting tables between customers. My passport got glanced at but no way was actually checked properly. A lady came right in and sat from the front doors before ordering. Emptying her pockets with dirty used masks and laying all over belongings before passport being checked. The dining should be blocked off and a better system for cleaning tables after each person leaves. The washroom was also disgusting both times. Garbage over filling with paper towels, toilet and sink both dirty. Again, this is at 8 am only two hours after they have opened. This is days or weeks of filth, not two hours worth. Starbucks, you're better than that. We're in a pandemic.

I?d say, lovely staff and always ready and respectful. Sadly, I do wish the Manager on duty would stick with the Trainee?s during Training, or have them train at a less busy spot/hour. Other than that, the drinks/food are delicious!

First time visit here and experience was amazing here. All drinks were well made and the customer service was great too.

My experience at Starbucks was outstanding. Ethan is an amazing barista, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The drinks were well-made and delicious.
