L'Alpage - Bourg-Saint-Maurice

We dictated in L'Alpage, which is today called Le Chalet de Candice last night of our vacation, after it was recommended by numerous locals during the week and we were certainly not disappointed. The restaurant was almost full and created a lush atmosphere, and the staff could not have been nicer. The owner/cook came around all the tables in the evening to ensure that all their meals enjoy. The meat is of the highest quality and I recommend ordering the Pierrade (Hot Stone) where you are given a plate of raw meat choices, include beef bacon and cook it yourself at your table; the accompanying Gratin potatoes were the best I tasted. Desserts are not allowed with a wide range of ice cream flavors and combinations I have ever seen on a menu! It is open at the edge of the slope and so also for more casual lunch. A must for every stay in Les Arcs

We stayed in the new Edenarc Residence, which is just a short walk from this restaurant. We only tasted the pizza that was very delicious. It was nice to be able to take pizza from here as if we had bought it in the city to go home, it would have been cold if we had come back to our accommodation. We went by to order and stayed while the pizzas were made, but I'm sure you could call the order and just go to collect them. This is also a restaurant that looked cozy and the menu looked nice when we stayed longer, we would surely have gone back to taste a meal.

A deux pas d'EdenArc, le restaurant propose une cuisine savoyarde de grande qualité, dans un cadre magnifique de bois et de pierre. les desserts sont excellents, prévoir de garder une place pour en profiter Le service est parfait. Bien penser à réserver.

Mon fils et moi avons adoré la raclette un fromage excellent et une charcuterie copieuse nous avons peiné à tout terminer mais la gourmandise a eu raison du plat ....le patron a beaucoup d'humour et nous a fait passer un excellent moment
