Starbucks - Boudreau-Ouest

Great atmosphere and very sanitary, been here a few times and customer service was great other than one experience I had last Saturday when the barista gave me a hot caramel frappuccino. She told me there wasn't such thing as a cold frappuccino which has never been the case elsewhere. The rest of the time service was great and friendly.

I order a vanilla latte from the girl. She takes the order, I pay her and she asks me “do you want your change?” (My change was $1.90) Who asks such a d question? You don’t ask a customer that!Then she makes my coffee, and doesn’t even put vanilla in it. Failure and I won’t be visiting this starbucks again!
