The Oyster Club - Boston

Limited menu and wine list; not great ambiance, somewhat on the fast food restaurant style of interior; however the food itself, oysters, muscles and lamb meatballs were excellent. The service was also excellent.

I have been to Oyster Club several times, and this evening, they were spot on. Everything was very flavorful, fresh and delicious! Waitress was excellent and manager came over to check in. Very quiet night. Will probably pick up with good weather and the nice patio outside.

Food was great in general, but the half dozen oysters we ordered were not satisfying. Server was terrible (Luis G)... skipped over our table numerous times not coming back

A few days before our reservation, we received a call confirming it. The person on the phone mentioned that they would inform the chef about our birthday celebration. However, we did not receive any special recognition or treat, and our food was served extremely late. Despite there being empty tables, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. The waitress also struggled to remember the names of the oysters we ordered, leaving us unsure if we were given the correct ones. Nonetheless, the food was delicious and the waitstaff had a pleasant attitude.

They need a new chef. The service was great and friendly but the food was just BAD. I am not a picky person at all but all the dishes were just off.
