Papa Johns Pizza - Boronia Rd, Auburn

Stay away from this place. My order was never received. The manager falsely claimed that the driver was on the way, but the order never arrived.

I've called this place 6 times and each time they have just picked up the phone and left it on the hook and left me sitting there. This is crazy!! No reason I shouldn't be able to call and at least speak to someone, no hey give me one sec or nothing!! I thought Papa johns was better than the dominos in the area but they are all the same!!

If there was a -0, that would have been too high of a rating! I'm literally sitting here, NOW, waiting an hour and a half for a pizza...and been on hold for a half an hour trying to cancel it! Its ganna be colder than a frozen pizza by now! Yep! If anybody actually shows up with this pizza, you can bet, it's going back!!! This has not been the only terrible time or pizza I've had here!!!

Always a good pizza place. Patty is the best at baking and customer service.
