L'osteria - Bornheim

This L ́Osteria has to invest a lot of work with its employees. In all areas we visited, the staff was much better trained and gave us the feeling we were welcome. What on Friday the 24.5. Not the case was (although not much was going on, and 10 employees just stood there and talked to each other rather than serving us). Although we have even said that we are ready to order, we had to wait with the explanation “it comes to them immediately”. We got up and went to the other restaurant. Unfortunately, the third time made a bad experience in Bornheim. That was the last visit!

Relaxed environment, delicious food and top service! we were here with the (big) family with 13 people on the 2nd Christmas day and enjoyed the stay very much. the food was very delicious! despite a very full restaurant, the staff was very friendly, friendly and widely used very good mood. real top! many thanks, we come back definitiw!
