Near the train station and saw the good reviews for it. has not really recommended for a basic breakfast. good value and quality.
Beautiful place near the train station. not a huge menu, but what they have is well made and cooked to home. I had the veg paella and it was good.
Rail strikes in France can lead to interesting changes of plan but they can also impact on the times of eating and the quality of the eating places. We were due to leave Bordeaux at approx 1:30 pm but in fact left at 5:30 pm....As a result we needed to eat somewhere in the city but without having a huge amount of time to find somewhere or a huge amount of time to eat. We chose this place as it is close to the station and had something both I and my wife quite fancied. She went for the Valencia paella and I had the Vegetarian paella. When both arrived they were extremely hot, rather than spicy, and were a little hard to thiseat. The main ingredient in mine seemed to be a tinned carrots, which was a little disappointing and my paella was certainly less substantial than my wife's. This is not a problem for me, but others might be put off by this. Was the food made on the premises or was it just fast food heated up in this restaurant? I do not know, but if it was it was disappointing because it cost a similar price to meals in restaurants with real chefs! If you are near Bordeaux station with only a little time to eat, it is OK. If you have more time, try somewhere else.
Directly opposite the Bordeaux train station. We had a leisurely lunch while waiting for our transfer. Plenty of space for our carry on cases. Waiter very attentive and knowledgeable even though we went for the set meal. Good value. Gazpacho soup particularly pleasant.
