Bistro L'Olivo - Bonn

Just home for a lovely meal in Bistro L’Oliva. We tried to get a table last Friday but it was booked out so we reserved a table for tonite Sunday and we can well understand why it was booked out The food is so fresh, the colour, the taste, the smell everything is cooked as ordered and it is served piping hot and looking delicious I had the special of lamb fillet in a sauce and croquets while my husband had a fish paste dish in tomato sauce We cleared both plates and thou none of the menu is in English we were delighted with our choicest would highly recommend a visit

I live 2 blocks from l 'Olivo and are regular customer, usually with my wife or our kids we enjoy the genuine food, the tasty wines and above all the sympathic owners/chef and his wife; they are always very friendly and ready to handle your special wishes... We tried the many appetizers, I recommend the bruschettas , ant the various pasta dishes always prepared with love by Franco... We went tonight and probably will return next werk with friends visiting us from abroad! If you are looking for simple/real food served by nice people this is the place to go...

Beautiful decoration and especially super delicious food. You get a decent portion for the price of dishes.
