Lolita's Mexican Food - Bonita

We come here about twice per month and always get carne asada chips and add pico de gallo. It's very good about 60% of the time. The rest of the time, 40%, it gets ruined by stale chips. We usually get it at lunch and I don't know if they are leftover chips from the previous day but in any case, carne asada stale chips makes me not want to buy from here. Edit 7/12/24: Came back here after almost 6 months off. Ordered CA chips around 1130a. Stale. Again its like they use chips from the previous night. Is using old chips worth the bad review and loss of business?

We had catered food for a party nearby. Food was delicious, everyone was happy. Cheese enchiladas, machaca, pollo Dorado and salad.

Authentic delicious food. Place is always clean and staff is always friendly.

Food is overpriced for the quality. I probably wouldn't mind paying it if the guy that takes the pickup orders over the phone wasn't so rude. Barely says hi and doesn't even say bye just hangs up. No thank you or nothing. Just what do you want and click! No customer service skills at all.
