Villa Yoga - Bondues

A perfect place! The main room to restore, drink a good unami tea or telework is very well thought out. A quiet and soothing environment with a relaxing decor. The staff is adorable! As for yoga, I practiced prenatality. The courses with Nina are excellent: dynamic and resurgent, they really helped me during my pregnancy both psychologically and physically. Finally, I received an antenatal and postnatal massage with Catherine. It was two magical moments to let go of total capture and disconnection to the outside world for a return in harmony with his body. Unbelievable. Catherine is of rare kindness and kindness! Thanks to the entire team of the Yoga villa, especially Nina and Catherine. Hat!

I got out of a 1:30 massage with Catherine in Villa Yoga, it was a wonderful time. She made me travel on a cloud of happiness, so good that I get rid of this parenthesis. The place is splendid and Catherine magician, a meeting I will remember... A very nice gift from my colleagues.

One of the favorite places on the city of Lille. The cosy atmosphere and decoration are so pleasant! And the kitchen is just excellent, healthy meals, homemade and very gourmet. Don't be afraid to pass the door, you won't be disappointed! I love this place 100% friendly:
