And one in Bottega: among the delicacies on display, next to the subways, to the gardener and to the jams, camping a selection of tropea cipolline in vinegar (pink vinegar of berries) rinse directly in the salty waters of our beautiful sea... and on the jar there is a very precious pink bow, precious especially in October dedicated to prevention and fight against breast cancer. After two wonderful weeks in a wonderful Sardinian with food and wine specialties from screaming, you can go home with the endless turn of CASA and CASA KITCH just for the Biton Bottega, from Edda... Indeed, for you you begin to taste house already in advance, even when you are still far away. And reality is always superior to the best expectations: lasagna ai fungi, lasagne di mare e immancabili lasagne al ragù, tortellini, tortelloni, gnocchi e cannelloni... Today I will describe a somewhat special experience for me that I am a habit of the Bottega del Bitone. We are in full emergency Coronavirus, it is a desperate period for everyone... I go to Bottega, because they are always there, they always comfort us, they always work, always with the usual beautiful smile, the usual class and the usual kindness. The dishes prepared for Easter are wonderful, quiasis almost do not regret the Restaurant... if it were not that of the Bitone when there is not missing everything! Well, I come to pick up my beautiful, huge order and open my eyes: an organization and an efficiency that not even a huge supermarket would have had... I didn't expect anything less, but really COMPLIMENTS: separate entry and exit, of course, masks, safety distance, a row for those who withdraw the orders already ready and one for those who go and buy. 5 people direct the flow: Piero at the entrance, Diego in the kitchen, Cristina and Silvia at the counter, Edda everywhere (phone, counter, kitchen). Everything so perfect, sunny and also very pleasant, that makes us forget the Virus. I add a joke to dehydrate: if the first symptoms are loss of smell and taste... keep under control while enjoying the Bottega sleeves. And good, we hope soon to serene Easter.
