Dunkin' - Bolingbrook

They are slow, really slow it seems. Normal staff, nothing too bad nothing too Amazing. They don't serve the best drinks other places do it better I guess.

To the gentleman who runs the closing or female, not sure, I had asked for 4 creams and 4 sugars. He added 6 cream no sugar.. he also was on his phone as he was charging me for my iced coffee. My boss ordered turboshot in his and gave him sugar instead!That guy should be fired on the spot! Not the first time he got our order wrong! First time complaining! We are daily customers!Morning crew is efficient, but he needs a new job! In any job, he should not be on his phone!

This is the only Dunkin' Donuts location that does not offer a military discount on Veterans Day.

We waited 25 minutes for three coffees, a bagel, and two breakfast wraps, and we were the only car in the drive-thru. When we finally got our order, everything was wrong. It’s not fair to leave just one young girl to handle everything; she was clearly overwhelmed. The manager really dropped the ball by allowing this situation to happen.

The donuts are always frozen and never fresh, and the coffee consistently tastes burnt. I’m giving it 2 stars because I do enjoy the crullers and the Dunkaccino.
