Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Boise

One of my biggest things when it comes to customer service is acknowledging me even when your busy. The staff made us feel VERY welcomed, everyone was busy hustling and 3 of them said hi and one said we will be with u I'm just a moment. It made us feel appreciated. We tried two smoothies and a chicken quesadilla. Top notch!!! We will definitely be back for more!!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and today I finally decided to go for it. On my way there, I checked out some reviews and started to second-guess my decision. However, when I pulled into the parking lot and saw several cars waiting in the drive-thru, I figured it must be worth a shot. I’m so glad I did! Despite some initial concerns from the negative reviews—most of which were about poor customer service—I found the lady who assisted me to be incredibly friendly, the wait was manageable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the caprese chicken sandwich with jalapeño corn on the side, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I definitely plan to come back more than once!

I’ve had some of the best smoothies here! The regular size is quite large and definitely worth the price. The staff is friendly as well. The only downside I've experienced is the long wait times at the drive-thru.

The smoothies are fantastic, with a wonderful variety of choices, and the staff is always friendly and engaging.
