Taco Bell - Boise

Went there at around 5pm and saw that their hours had their lobby still open. Literally the moment i get there some worker comes and locks the front doors. Absolute bull. Also be prepared for them to have nothing available on the menu. Last time i went my food had been sitting out for who knows how long. No one called out the order and I would've heard because it was dead empty inside (i wonder why) and then they forget my drink cup of course.

It's ok that you are out of the chicken chalupa that goes with the box and it's ok that you aren't replacing it with something else, and that the box isn't even available and it's ok that you are out of Mexican pizza but it's not ok when I ask for a crisp taco and tell me that you don't have crisp tacos but you have crunchy tacos. Really?? It's not ok when you are a **** when I'm being nice and patient and just want a taco.

Unfortunately, google only lets you leave one bad review. I’ve had numerous horrible encounters here. The most recent the location was out of everything for breakfast. The said call corporate to get a refund… which isn’t even a thing. And then told us to get out of the window because they were worried about the drive times. Horrible, horrible customer service. Unfortunately people will still go here.

I have been coming to this Taco bell for 10 years, I have seen that the staff has changed over 50 times and during that I have almost always ordered the same and somehow they have managed to screw my order almost 50% of the time. as late, however, they have become better, the stained commanded still in my understanding. Once they can follow my order correctly 5 times, I will update the review.

Food was ready in a timely manner, but when we got home found out why...the order wasn't done right. Some tacos had hardly anything in them.
