Was placed on the door because of the volume, although we had a reservation confirmation from open table.

We ate the crispy green beans, salad shells (chickens,) Mongolian bark, honey crispy garnel and sweet and sour hair. they had a little fat, but what else should you expect from fried food? overall we were very satisfied with everything.

The service was badly slow. we sat right next to the door, which was icy. it took so long that we had only 10 minutes to eat before we had to go for a performance. Eating was good, but don't go if they don't spend two.

This restaurant should not be listed on Open Table. A reservation is NOT a reservation. It is just an invitation to show up and put your name on a list and wait like everyone else. When we recently tried to dine with a ‘reservation’, we showed up at the reserved time, checked in, and waited 20 minutes while several other parties without reservations showed up and were seated. After being seated after the wait, our server didn’t show up as we waited for over 10 more minutes. In the end, we just left without being served and went to a different restaurant. We realize that many places are busy and may be understaffed, but people should be aware that a reservation at PF Chang’s is NOT a reservation.

Our waiter was good, the service was slow. They got my order wrong and I had to wait an hour for my food. The waiter took it off the bill but overall I didn’t enjoy my visit.
