Ishtar Market - Boise

We lived 9 years in dubai before we moved to the region boise. we were thrilled to discover that Ishtar?s actually tastes and feels like our beloved Arab home. we were in Ishtar?s several times, and they never enjoyed us! the shush taouk and shawarma players are fantastic and do not miss the hummus and tabouli!

Absolutely one of the best Central Eastern cuisine in boise, idaho. I highly recommend it, and while you? re there don?t forget to taste their homemade dessert baklava

I have often eaten at ishtar and I love her restaurant! excellent customer service, very tasty eating, the brot amazing, I always buy a few to take it home, I can freeze it up to two weeks, they have the best baklava ever.

Best authentic Middle Eastern food in Boise, albeit small and unassuming and inside a market. Have been coming here for years. The new owners are incredibly hospitable, and the food is fresh and top of the line. Something for everyone (even fries for my picky eater! Thank you for everything!
