Panera Bread - Boca Raton

I had a lovely time at this location. I frequent it to study for my medical exams. The most recent time I was there, Danny provided excellent service. I had received the incorrect item and was upset. Danny took the initiative to get me the correct item with charm. Thank you!

I just had the most delicious food and best service I have ever had at any Panera. I seriously customized every part of my pick 2 and Tremell made sure it was perfect. He was personable and polite and quick. I very rarely see workers like him anymore. Great job!! Will be back everytime I am in the area.

Asked for turkey, got tuna. Requested no onions, got loaded. They clean the tables with the palm of their hand... no disinfectant, no cloth. Do we blame the Covid?

Went again yesterday. Ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Barely 6 tables. Everyone is busy doing nothing. The guy in the red shirt looked like a supervisor but was clearly not supervising. The trash was full, no place to keep soiled dishes. The tortilla strips on my Mexican corn chowder was stale. My soup was once again barely 90 degrees. Either no employee or supervisor here is aware of hot food holding temperature (135 deg) or no one is even Serv Safe certified. There are states that mandate a food handler cert for every food service employee and this may not be the case in Florida. My complaint two days ago was in vain. If you are eating here please be prepared for FOOD POISONING.

Was not here in the awhile, but had a gift card, so we thought we would try. the lobby was empty and the tables and the etage were dirty, but no more hired was clean up although there seemed to be a few standing around in what they must have looked down. a more obvious manager spoke to a few employees, possibly training, but not looking at cleanliness. three young ladies/customers took serviettes and water and cleaned their own stand of choice. that eating was okay, but certainly not worth $30.00 retail. will not return. ask how much longer they stay open.
