Stayed twice within a month 's time. We like Embassy Suites and its fairly close to Worlds of Fun, where we are annual passholders. But compared it other Embassy Suites, it doesn 't measure up. It 's not bad, but if you have stayed at other ES, you will be disappointed there is no restaurant, and the breakfast feels a little smaller. The kicker that made sure we won 't be back again was the second time we stayed, they charged us for parking in their parking lot that was at least 50% blocked off for resurfacing. The fee was not disclosed to us when we booked or when we checked in. Also, it was not charged during our first stay a month earlier. When I called to inquire about the fee, I got a somewhat rude, uncaring customer service rep who simply said did you park there? Then it costs $10 a night . Well, I hope that $20 was worth ensuring I never stay there again. And we stay in KC at least 20 nights a year...

I had a less than desirable stay. Snack shop food outdated and moldy. Paid cash up front then charged on Card. Spoke with GM promised I had money coming back and have yet to see it. It's been 6 weeks.The lady at the front desk acted flustered and didn't seem to recognize me as a customer. From check in to problems in snack shop and on check out she acted like I was an inconvenience to her.

Melissa was awesome checking us in last night. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Melissa! Nice snacks for HH members. Great location near airport. Shuttle to airport. Quiet. Nice rooms. Fantastic cooked breakfast or grab quickly from the buffet.

Nice location about 6 mins from KCI airport. The hotel is in a great location it’s not to busy and parking is not a headache. Nice bar area prices at the bar are kind of expensive, I paid ten dollars for one IPA seven dollar charge plus tip. Wow. Needless to say I only drink one prior to bedtime. Friendly atmosphere so would recommend more TV by the bar area. Overall great place to stay.
