As someone else said the new way to order is not very convenient. In my opinion not being able to talk to anyone to place an order is not good customer service. I did eventually got my order placed. When I did pick my order up at 6:30 there was only my order and one other one on the counter. In the past there was always multiple orders covering that counter. Off night? Maybe or maybe the new way to order is not convenient for customers. I am going to have a serious craving before I go back. The food was great and the workers were great.

I was upset to learn that you can no longer place orders via phone to a person and pay with cash when you pick-up. Called recently and it's an AI system requiring payment over the phone (presumably with a credit card). Tried to place an order and when I got the text it was for the wrong location. Quickly canceled... what a pain.Love Chicken Shack's food... been eating it since I was young and everything is delicious. Likely will just go with more convenient carry-out options moving forward, however.

Please check out your receipt for a tip being placed on your order, with thought your permission and staff seemed to be upset for me asking for my funds refunded.

Great chicken, ribs, fish, and sides! This is a newer location, very clean and bigger with more room for seating. Parking and navigating around the lot can be tight.
