Molcajetes Fusion - Bishop

I had a very different review but now that I have eaten here, I am impressed. Very authentic and well prepared. GREAT!

It was delicious. Shrimp was a good texture and fajita sauce was delicious. Whole fried red snapper was perfectly cooked with crispy skin.

Food was alright but not great. Service was slow and it wasn't packed.

Stopped by this place on our way to Mammoth and I 'm so glad we did! The food, staff and overall ambience was great. We walked in and we were immediately greeted by our server and seated promptly. The interior is so adorable and well decorated. We came in during the lunch hour so we enjoyed their lunch specials offered til 3pm.I ordered the cowboy burrito and my boyfriend had the carne asada on the grill plate both were extremely yummy! The burrito was a big size and super flavorful. Each bite had the right portion of carne asada, rice, beans pico de gallo; which I 'd also like to mention was really tasty. The carne asada plate is served with rice and beans and is absolutely delicious. Would definitely come here again.

My new favorite restaurant in Bishop…the best meats! And Chile relleno yummy!
