Lovely meal with friends For a special birthday Ambience was a pleasant surprise would definitely go back there was a go

We have an office above the Vaults ... despite the declared opening hours of 5.00pm we are subjected to an almost daily avalanche of noise (not the best taste in music either! Seem unable to complain as no-one answers the door or telephone. Be delighted for max volume after 5,00pm but some us have to work during the day and the racket not appreciated. I love the food and drinks here. It's just a shame that it's so quiet. I would have expected a place like this to be really busy.

We used a Groupon voucher for Valentine's night and were pleasantly surprised. We had never been to this restaurant before, but thought it looked nice so we decided to give it a try. The food was cooked perfectly, the salmon starters were lovely, and the duck was amazing. The lamb was also nice. However, the glass of wine was small even though the voucher stated it would be large. We didn't have to wait long for our starter or main course, and the waitress was friendly. The music was up to date and enjoyable, and the atmosphere was chilled with very dim lights making it quite dark. The drinks menu was a bit expensive, but overall we would return with a voucher again.

Awful!! Sums it up. Place is dark and dismal , dance music on loud. They don’t do coffee with an afternoon tea?? So my husband didn’t drink. Cakes came out and some were stale , scone came out with the cream already in?? And no Jam. I have been to many afternoon teas and this is by far , the worst. We booked our table for 5pm and we were leaving the building at 5.11pm. That says it all. Never like to moan but this was not enjoyable at all
