Subway - Birmingham

It is the usual high quality quick pick up sandwiches, but the night I was there (8:30 or so), you would never have known that it was such a late service request. The Subway staff was welcoming, very good humored and friendly. A nice end to a very long workday for me!

The restaurant is excellent with great service. I only wish they had a better location, ideally one in the heart of Trussville, AL.

Every time I visit Subway, I find myself thinking that more people should experience it. I've been there three times in the past three weeks, and each visit has been greeted by a different staff member, yet the service has been consistently fantastic. The employees truly deserve tips for their excellent service. On one occasion, a lady offered me fresh cookies right out of the oven, and I must say, they were incredibly soft and delicious. I've tried a different sub each time, and they have all been tasty. While I'm a bit frustrated with the price increase at Subway in general, it has nothing to do with the staff at this location. I highly recommend anyone in the Edwards Lake Road area to stop by and try this Subway, which is conveniently located at the corner of the shopping center next to McDonald's. A big thank you to the staff for their continuous kindness and excellent service!

I had a great experience at the restaurant, largely thanks to the wonderful ladies working there. It's important to be patient with them, as they are busy handling to-go orders for pick-ups, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and more. I ordered the Steak and Cheese protein bowl, and the vegetables were fresh and well-prepared. The young lady who helped me took her time to ensure my order was just as I wanted it. I want to give a shout-out to the two ladies who were working on March 28, 2021. My bowl was delicious! Management should feel proud to have such dedicated staff making sure orders are prepared with care, almost as if the customers were right there in the restaurant. I've had experiences with call-ins before, and I sometimes wonder if they hope you won't check your order before leaving. However, anyone ordering from this place can feel confident knowing they'll get a great meal.
