Logan's Roadhouse - Birmingham

My dining experience at Logan's Roadhouse in Trussville, Alabama was Excellent! I visited the restaurant on a Sunday to take a break from my caregiving duties of my Mother. I chose to dine at the bar and the bartender was very courteous and customer oriented. My Ribeye steak, baked potato, broccoli, and side salad was delicious!! Kudos to the bartender for the excellent dinner and drink. He was very patient and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I hope to visit this location again.

Sticky. Yep, sticky. That's the word that describes my very first visit to this Logans roadhouse. We walked in on a Friday evening and the place wasn't very busy. We were quickly seated and that's where the stickyness started. The table sticky. the menu, sticky. the chairs, sticky. the napkins, even stuck to the table. After close to 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, I was ready to get up and leave. Someone came and got our drink orders. 8 minutes later, our drinks arrived. We placed our order, and I'll be honest, the food came out fairly quick, though my daughter's meal was incorrect. They corrected it quickly, but once we got our food, we were never checked on again until we asked for the check. I won't come back again.

We came in on a random weeknight. It wasn't too busy, and we were seated pretty quickly. After that, it went downhill pretty quickly. No one came to check on us or take our drink orders for about 10 minutes. We almost walked out since we hadn't placed a food order and were considering other restaurants nearby that we could go to when someone finally came by. Then it took another 5 to 10 minutes to bring us drinks and take our food orders. The food itself was good, but the service was just not good during this visit. I did not get a drink refill the entire time I was there. We had to ask for more rolls. I don't think we'll be back for a while, and if we do, it would have to be getting the food to go.

Great dining experience today. We sat at the bar, the restaurant wasnt full but the service was spot on. Ty was the bartender and he has done a great job. The place looked pretty clean and the food was very good.

I came in for lunch, and the service was great. My server Nikole was amazing. She was very polite and knowledgeable. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the sweet tea was on point. 10/10 best logan's i have ever been to.
