Bbq In The Park - Big Bear Lake

Easy place to walk to up and grab a bite at Bear Mountain Resort. Everything here is made to order. BBQ in the Park has grilled hamburgers and chicken sandwiches on their menu. Make it a combo and add some chips and a drink. BBQ in the Park is located on the sun deck between Main lodge and Big Bear Sports. There is plenty of seating all around once you get your food. Just heads up, the lines can be long during lunch hours and there is no mobile food ordering. So you have to wait in line like the rest of us.

Grumpy lady, told me cant i see the sign that they open at 11:00am. She was already there standing at the kiosk, the time I ask was 10:28am. All I was asking for was a Drink. Bad buisness

We grabbed two cheeseburger combos. Food is being made fresh on the spot. It was better than expected but not the best we've had. Line was long, wait time of about 45minutes Recommend grabbing food before to beat the lines/rush

Huge shoutout to Annie and the awesome team here: Cody, Joey, Cameron and Kyle. Came on New Year's Day and per usual needed some sustenance during lunch and the lines were wrapping around the entire courtyard. I came back and the line had lessened so happy to make my order! Annie greeted me with the biggest smile, super friendly and just a pleasure to chat with. The sun was shining directly onto her the way the stand is positioned and I can see she was sunburned but that didn't stop her from providing excellent customer service. I can see how hard she and the entire team was working at the grill all day esp during the lunch time rush but they were so positive, cheerful and cared about their customers. Thank you Annie to you and the team!! Wishing you guys the best year!
