Subway - Bethel

Went in at 9:15pm. Worked late today and just wanted to grab a bite to eat go home and relax. However, the employees notified us that they were closed. The store was open for another 45 minutes but I suppose they decided they were done for the evening and refused to take our order. Very disappointed! No shortage of supplies just didn't want to work anymore. Sad sad day for Subway.

They gave me the wrong meat, I really don't think they care what they give you

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out of the backroom, rang the bell 3 times before a young lady finally came out but as soon as she walked out 3 other non employees walked out of the back room, she needs to be fired because I've seen several reviews about this girl and her lack of customer service and if you want people to come back for more food you gotta make a good impression the first time around.

Bread was stale. The lady working there thought I couldn 't hear her talking to the other employee. I had ordered 4 footlongs and she called to tell me they were out of meatballs. I went in to see what else I wanted and the other employee came out of the back telling her they did have what I ordered She tried to whisper stating Well we are not making them so she will have to get something else.
