Pizza Hut - Bernalillo

Tonight's order of pizza has to be the worst experience I've gotten in a long time from this location. I use to be a happy customer, but tonight I'm frustrated with this location. I ordered my husband and me a pizza to be delivered at about 8:00 pm. We were both too sore from injuries to make dinner, so we thought this would be easier. Boy was I wrong.The pizza was over an HOUR late.We tried to call the number on their shop multiple times, but no one ever answered. If anything they kept hanging upon us! Once we did finally manage to get ahold of someone, it wasn't even the shop location at all. It was a call center god knows where away from the shop and no one could get us in touch with the store. We tried canceling the order and even getting a refund, but they couldn't do it from the call center, unfortunately. A little over an hour and a half, thirty minutes before the shop closed, we finally got our order delivered to us.The pizza wasn't hot and we weren't offered a number to the actual store to get an answer as to why it took over an hour for our pizza to arrive. The delivery person didn't even bring the pizza to the door, my injured husband had to go down six flights of stairs and across a few buildings to meet them at the parking lot to get the pizza and carry it back up through the physical pain. He even almost passed out a couple of times trying to get it and bring it back! When asked for a number to the shop, they said we had the right number, but no one was going to answer. They also let us know that they are the ONLY driver in the entire shop and how others have quit.I think it's going to be a LONG time before we order from this location again. If we can find another location that sticks to their delivery time and answers the phone, then we will never order from this location again.

I was unable to find any way to use my bonus points when ordering my pizza. I simply could not figure out how to use then on your website.

I ordered and paid more for a Pan pizza and given a regular crust pizza...was told by the manager on shift it was a pan pizza that the crust didn't rise and just looked like it wasn't a pan. The store looked trashy and dirty, even the front section where the dine in area is. Where is the regional manager at and making unanounced visits to see how the stores are doing?

I put in an order for delivery two hours in advance since it 's New Years Eve. An hour after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I finally got a notification that it was out for delivery. Waited another 45 minutes, trying to be patient, thinking they were busy due to the holiday. I then started calling the store to ask about the order. After 30 minutes of trying to call with no answer, I finally drove to the store to find out what was going on. My order was sitting on the counter, had never been out for delivery because of a mistake I was told their phone doesn 't work apparently? The guy told me he would give me a refund still give me the food so I felt better for about one minute. Until he tried to give me the refund without giving me back the tip I had added when ordering! I guess he thought they deserved $8 for screwing up my order?? So if you want to have to pick up your own pizza in the pouring rain 2.5 hours after it 's supposed to be delivered have them try to still hustle you for a tip, I highly recommend this place.

Fresh pizza made as you order and took 20minutes wait time, friendly staff and service (evening). For once the crust didn't stick to my teeth, was thoroughly baked and crispy. Thank you ?
