Ludwig Restaurant - Berlin

Die Tür verrammelt - das kleine, feine Restaurant Ludwig in Wilmersdorf hat geschlossen. Sehr schade und ein Verlust für die Wilmersdorfer Gastro-Szene. Wir werden es vermissen.

I've been to Cafe (now Restaurant) Ludwig a number of times since it opened in autumn 2015. I've always enjoyed my visit. Delicious vegetarian food choices (which will have changed now that it's a French restaurant), a small but nice selection of wines, and at the time lovely cakes and smoothies, too.Parking may be an issue at times, but that won't distract me from visiting again.

The perfect place to have breakfast on a Sunday, lunch on a weekday, afternoon tea, coffee & homemade cake anytime; meet a friend, read a paper, write a movie script. Great food, fantastic service, a lovely ambience. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere indoors or sit outside in a leafy yet edgy area of Berlin; this is the life!
