Contribuiți la feedbackArrived today at 11:20. Went inside to place my order and was done ordering by 11:26. 20 Minutes later, no food. Started asking around and found our that there were people who had been waiting for over 35 minutes already. This Taco Bell placed priority on drive through rather than in the lobby. Finally just asked for my food now or give me a refund. They opt'd for the refund and I asked for cash, I'm not waiting 7-10 business days for it to show back up on my bank account. Funny thing is, they shorted me on my refund as well! What's worse was, after the cashier started giving me my money back, three other people lined up and did the exact same. Shame on this franchise owner. Corporate should lock the doors on this location. I did call the Taco Bell corporate number, it took 30 minutes to connect with someone but gave them an ear full about this establishment. I did not take their offer for a voucher. Needless to say, going forward, I'll pick any other TexMex fast food establishment before I pick Taco Bell.
Used to be cheap now it's way overpriced. I guess someone has to pay for the touchscreen order boxes and lack of live staff. I don't mind the food. It's just quadrupled in price in 15 years.
