Little Caesars Pizza - Benton Park

Ordered Italian cheese bread, half pizza and cheese bread, crazy puffs. All was dry, overcooked. Disappointed to say the least.

I just placed an order off the app it was supposed to be delivered 25-40min later, no problem i thought they were just busy, like always. Never had a problem. I waited about another 15min, the pizza tracker showed the delivery driver still waiting at the store. I called the number talked to Little Caesars rep, only to find out an employee gave my order to the wrong delivery driver, so they canceled it, mind you it didn't show up canceled until after i called. I asked the rep if they could replace the order have it delivered, since it was paid for, she said NO, my money was in the process of being refunded. I would have to spend more money to order again. I asked about a discount since they screwed up, also a NO they don't give a discount for their employees screwing up. You also don't get instantly refunded in a day or 2 either. I now have to wait 10-12 business days to get my money back. So NO PIZZA, NO DISCOUNT, NO SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY MONEY BACK on their screw ups. Thank you Little Caesars. OH BTW, THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NICE FRIENDLY BUT, THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIER EMPLOYEES GIVING THE WRONG ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON OR DELIVERY DRIVER.

Food is always good. App took me to the WRONG ADDRESS. It is not on EAST California Ave. Just California Ave.
