After waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes our meal that was to be a thigh and a drumstick was a wing and a drumstick. Not enough food for a grown man. Waste of money. Poor service.

Hey KFC, your food is really good. We never even thought about the competition until tonight. My husband went to KFC and ordered an 8-piece dinner but instead of mashed potatoes he wanted extra coleslaw. They said nope, no substitutions. $20 for 8 pieces of chicken but only if we take powdered mashed potatoes that are gonna be thrown out? Yeah, thanks but no thanks. Hubby wanted fried chicken so he went ahead and checked out Popeye 's. Sorry Colonel, but your policy has lost you two customers. Popeye 's is actually BETTER than your chicken, lets us choose our own sides, and is priced better. Trifecta. It 's been good, but after 5 decades of Col. Sanders we 're moving on. Thanks for being obstinate about the mashed potatoes; we would not have 'discovered ' our new chicken place if y 'all were more accommodating.
