The Pantry - Bendigo

Pantry has been a classic for street corner dining in Brighton for over a decade. Partly due to the menu, partly due to the street vibe, but I'm sure for people watching as well, as they drive by in their Range Rovers.<br/ <br/ Margherita pizza love a simple classic and the tomato sauce really sings out with the fresh basil leaves. Portions of milky, creamy buffalo mozzarella are torn and place here and there. The base is quite uniform and has a good crispness and chew to it. <br/ Baby cauliflower very tender with a soft char, it was very well seasoned. The accompanying dip (eggplant? was absolutely delicious, paring up with the cauliflower really well.

Amazing food and selection to choose from, caters for both savoury lovers and those with sweet tooth.Not only was pantry très instagrammable but it was delicious with amazing staff!

Consistently fantastic and always fresh, Pantry Brighton is a must-visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The recent redesign of the main room and addition of a new function room have only added to its charm. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. Whether you're dining in or grabbing something from their deli next door or Japanese takeaway (Hiro), you can't go wrong. And let's not forget their epic Royale Burgers in the other direction - indulgence at its finest. Overall, Pantry Brighton's commitment to excellence is truly commendable and worth noting.

The Pantry restaurant was bustling with activity, which added to the great atmosphere. The food was delicious, though it lacked the unique touch that many Melbourne cafes offer. My parents enjoyed their meals as well. Sometimes, a more simple and homely brunch is just what we crave, and Pantry delivered in that regard. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return for a cozy brunch experience. Our dishes included mushrooms on toast with pumpkin, spinach, and eggs, a beautifully presented Bircher muesli, and the hearty Pantry breakfast.
