El Mexicano Grille #6 - Belton

EDIT: I want to add some constructive feedback. While I still love this place, I would now rate it closer to 2.5 or 3 stars instead of 4 due to inconsistencies in food temperature. Sometimes my dishes arrive piping hot, but other times they are merely warm. Similarly, various items on the same plate can vary in temperature, with one being hot and another at room temperature. This suggests there may be some logistical issues in the kitchen. The flavors are consistently excellent, but I’m worried about the kitchen processes needing improvement.

The tacos de tripas were absolutely delicious! The horchata was delightful as well.

My wife and I were eager to try this restaurant, having noticed it each time we passed through Harker Heights or Killeen. Today, after an appointment in Harker Heights, we finally stopped by, and the food did not disappoint! We only took a few minutes to decide what to order, and everything we tried was delicious with generous portion sizes. The service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was very pleasant. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

This restaurant has very good food. We had a wonderful service, our first time visited this restaurant and we were definitely satisfied. The whole food was fresh and tasted so well. We tried some of their drinks they made there and they were also delicious. If you want good Mexican food that is fresh and friendly, this is your place to go.

My goodness!!! Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants. I am soooo pleased with the FLAVOR. You will not find better- a must stop and eat. From the cheese to beans and rice, I cannot say enough...10 stars.
