Philly Pretzel Factory - Bellmore

On November 11th, I placed an order for 2 party trays from them. When someone went to pick them up, they were only given half of the order. When I called to inquire, they claimed that it was my fault for not informing them that the order included 2 trays. I had to leave my son's birthday party to go back and get the rest of the order, with no apologies or offers of delivery. I hope they reconsider their staffing choices because their products have the potential to be great.

The pretzels at this restaurant were quite tasty. It's more of a place for quick bites rather than a sit-down meal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, happy to answer questions or make custom unsalted pretzels. They offer a variety of sauces for dipping the pretzels, as well as frozen lemonade and bottled beverages. There is limited parking in the front, but you can park in the back with a short walk around as there is no rear entrance.

The pretzels were warm but not hot, and out of the three dipping sauces I received (cheese, pumpkin, and hot mustard), only one was decent (mustard). The pumpkin was passable, but it was more like frosting. The biggest letdown was the cheese sauce, which should have been better if it's their standard sauce. Unfortunately, it was just bad. I might give it another try in the future, but I was not impressed.

Hot fresh soft crunchy, salted perfectly, get the crowd pleaser pack! The spicy mustard is delicious and not really spicy. If you're doing a fundraiser, pretzels are a fantastic option, we did it for cheer and did very well. Buy for family parties, or just a treat. I sound like a commercial, but we really do enjoy Philly Pretzels.

I use them every time I have an event and I am never disappointed. The products are affordable, the pretzels are delicious, and the customer service is excellent. I even made an error the last time I placed an order and the manager was nothing but accommodating in resolving the issue.
