Royal Farms - Bellmawr

We stopped by on Wednesday evening, November 23, 2022, just before Thanksgiving, because my mother, who has COPD, experienced a crisis and needed additional oxygen. Upon entering, I quickly searched for an outlet to plug in her machine, and I wish I could remember the name of the woman behind the counter! She immediately jumped into action to help us. Despite being busy, she was incredibly friendly and supportive. I was able to get my mother on her oxygen, and the woman graciously allowed us to stay there for a while until we were ready to venture back outside. We didn't even purchase anything, but her kindness made a significant difference. She was truly an angel!

The girl messed up my sandwich three times and never came back to fix it. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had, and it wasn’t even something complicated. It felt like she was lazy and not paying attention.

I don’t think it’s fair that I have to wait for someone to get my cigarettes just so they can scan them, and I still have to exercise self-control. If you’re going to be standing around, why not just help me out? Also, I find the chicken sandwiches and sliders to be quite overpriced. Is this something they advertise? They say they’re open 24 hours, but I went there after midnight and they were closed. What’s going on?

The attitude manager Andrea is literally terrible. Andrea offered me the job and then pulled the offer back because she could find my application again!!!! I don't understand how you can have a manager like this job... as I've been manager for over 6 years, I couldn't even believe how the recruitment process went. They alone? Me? We just offer you the job, desperate for night staff? I quit my other job for this job and Andrea doesn't react, doesn't give me instructions on my application? I am very upset with this company and corporate action should be against your ?hiring manager Andrea.? This behavior was ridiculous from someone in management honest..and I can't believe Royal Farms has a management team that is incapable.

I like their coffee but it?s tough to get when the doors are locked at 5am. I can see employees inside but the 24hr store is locked.
