Eating was extremely overcooked. we had to send a hamburger back because he was so dry and overcooked and the next came back to the same wise. the service was also extremely slow. the restaurant was packed so that it would have been in its best interest to pull people faster.
The service is great. we like to sit at the bar and chat with the bartender.
Eat was predictable, the nacho chips were stable. server did not come to check if we need more drinks that have not offered us more pommes. the kicker was the washroom. all washbasin water taps in the women's washroom are full of mud slum as if they have not been cleaned for months. disgusting!
My sister and I traveled in from Eastern Washington today. This trip was a special treat for my sister, her husband recently passed away. She chose Red Robin for dinner. It was very crowded but we were able to get a table in about minutes. There was a toddler crying nearly the entire time while we had dinner, it was very annoying and made for an unpleasant experience as we were seated just a few tables away. The food was ok, not really great. We ordered bottomless fries but were never asked if we wanted a refill. I felt kind of rushed. I probably wouldn't recommend this eating establishment to anyone. Also, I made a reservation on Open Table but was told they didn't have it.
