Some of the baristas are nice but most are pretty rude. Also pretty sure none of them know what a toaster is. And they force you to buy certain sizes of drinks, it is entirely possible to put a lotus in a 20 oz cup but they say it's not. They make you buy the 24.

Mocha milkshake with peanut butter and white chocolate ? is the best!?

Nice tea selection BUT super hot tea and no way to easily get tea bags out. And the hot water "burns* the jasmine tea.

More often then not my order is incorrect, not hot, or the flavor is mild. I only order Hotcocoas breve and started saying extra hot bc its usually luke warm. I wish they would implement a more consistent heating method like most shops that strive for consistency using a thermometer. Last visit so hot it scalded the roof of my mouth, time before they added espresso to it I'm nursing and don't do caffeine had to turn around and go back to get new one, time before that warm. So just check ur drink after they hand it to you, don't drive away to let other customers in till u know its what u ordered.Kid-friendliness: Anything with sprinkles and whip tell them how ur kid likes it they'll do it very accommodating.
